These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Network Analyzer mobile application (the "App"), provided by Stronger Apps (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the App.

The App provides network diagnostic and analysis tools (such as speed tests, Wi-Fi analysis, device scanning, and connectivity utilities) intended for use on networks you own or are authorised to access. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and any relevant network or organisational policies.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that diagnostic results will be accurate or complete. Results are provided for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App may rely on or link to third-party services, content, or platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third party, and your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party content), are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the App.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of the platform or app store through which you obtained it. In the event of a conflict, the applicable app store terms may take precedence with respect to distribution and payment matters.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the appropriate courts having jurisdiction.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
