This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions and in-app purchases work in the Network Analyzer mobile application (the "App"), provided by Stronger Apps. It applies if and when the App offers paid subscriptions or premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Available plans, pricing, billing periods, and any free trial details are displayed within the App at the point of purchase, in your local currency. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Payment is charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase. All purchases are processed by the applicable app store (such as the Apple App Store), and we do not collect or store your payment details.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically begin and your account will be charged. Free trial terms, if available, are shown within the App at the time of sign-up.
All purchases are processed by the applicable app store, and refund requests are handled in accordance with that store's policies. We are generally unable to provide refunds directly; please refer to the app store's refund process for any refund requests.
We may add, modify, or remove subscription plans and features, and may change pricing. Where required, changes affecting existing subscribers will be communicated in accordance with the applicable app store rules. Continued use of a subscription after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change.
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App or its subscriptions after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
By purchasing a subscription within the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Subscription Policy and agree to its terms.
